  • A Functional Movement Screen

    A Functional Movement Screen is a simple assessment of strength, mobility, and stability to get a baseline of where you’re starting and a game plan of where you’d like to go.

  • A Personal Program & Weekly Coaching

    After reviewing your goals and results of your Functional Movement Screen, our expert coaches will create an ever-progressing strength & mobility program that will be just-right for you. You'll pick a recurring (flexible) time or two each week to be coached on that program in a group of 3-4 others, each person doing their own plan.

    It’s a beautiful blend of personal training + community.

  • Group Classes

    Our larger group classes called BURN are the ideal complement to your coached sessions and will set your metabolism on fire! This circuit-style class is our version of cardio and will have you burning calories long after the session is done.

  • Open Gym

    Come into the gym any time we’re open to repeat your program on your own or do your own thing, no appointment necessary. We even have special metabolic “cardio” workouts posted that you can do on your off days from lifting.

  • Nutrition Support

    You'll love our habit-based nutrition philosophy and partnerships that will help you fine-tune your results. We also stock real-food based supplements and on-the-go smoothies & drinks to ensure you’re fueling and recovering optimally.

How to make the most of your membership:

  • Step 1

    Schedule 1-3 sessions / week to be coached on your personal program, in a small group of others, each person doing their own plan

  • Step 2

    Supplement your coached sessions with Group Classes or pop in for Open Gym any time to repeat your personal program on your own, do your own thing, or crank out one of our posted metabolic workouts.

  • Step 3

    Experience a boosted mood, an on-fire metabolism, a healthier physique, stronger bones, better brain health, happier hormones, and an (even more) awesome quality of life doing the things you love.
