Download and then follow the prompts to login with the email you provided us.
In this app, you'll find your recurring coaching appointments as well as total visits you've had for coaching, open gym, and BURN class.
You can cancel and reschedule yourself within 12 hours of your appointment (no appointment necessary for Open Gym).
You'll also see a Social tab where you can read and send messages to all the gym members.

Once you are logged in, the app image will change from the blue Online Personal Training to our WHITE square with black Valeo logo.
This is where you can access the exact program you do in the gym - literally keep consistent on your plan no matter where you are.

1. Download app
2. As you go to login, press Forgot Password. Put in your email address. A password reset with be sent (sender name is Mike Luepke)
3. Make your 'new' password and login - the app should now be branded as the white Valeo app and your program accessible. Enjoy!
