how does it work?

Students will get a personal strength, mobility, and conditioning program based on their experience, abilities, and goals. They'll get coached on that program 1-3 times per week in a small group of 3-4 others of all ages, each person doing their own plan. 

In addition to their coached sessions, they'll have all-access to the gym to come any time we're open, no appointment necessary, and repeat the program their coach made for them, on their own (a coach will always be near to answer any questions).

The Process

  • Book a free consult called a No-Sweat Game Plan: parents come, too!
  • An expert coach writes a personalized lifting and conditioning program for your student
  • You or your student uses our app to schedule  appointments 1-3 times per week to be coached on their plan
  • Your student comes in for Open Gym to repeat their program on their own and make the most of their membership
