There are 5 habits we've discovered through research and real-life practice that "move the needle" the most when it comes to fitness, health, and athleticism.

In fact, we've termed these habits "The Valeo Method" because they're the tenets we live by in the gym and in everyday life.

3. Walking
4. Recovery through nutrition and rest
5. Savoring things that simply add joy to life

If we can nail these 5 things most of the time, we:

✅ Optimize our hormones
✅ Build muscle for longevity
✅ Lose dangerous belly fat and
✅ Feel like we can do this fitness thing even with our real world responsibilities

Your goal during this challenge: Achieve 21 WINS per week from the list of Valeo Method habits.

That averages out to at least 3 of the 5 WINS per day.

Some days you’ll hit 5/5.
Some days you’ll get less.

  • 21+ minutes of continuous walking
  • Slow, conversational pace. This isn't just about calories, it's about lowering the stress hormone cortisol.
