This challenge helps you keep WIN-ing - especially during winter, when healthy routines can be the hardest to maintain.

21 WINS will give you a clear daily framework to follow, without overthinking.
This isn’t about perfect days.
It’s about stacking enough wins consistently… and letting that add up.
There are 5 habits we've discovered through research and real-life practice that "move the needle" the most when it comes to fitness, health, and athleticism.
In fact, we've termed these habits "The Valeo Method" because they're the tenets we live by in the gym and in everyday life.

4. Recovery through nutrition and rest
5. Savoring things that simply add joy to life
If we can nail these 5 things most of the time, we:
