This week, we’re talking about practicing one small change in order to look, move and feel (even more) awesome: the habit, or practice, of drinking more water.
It’s something we’ve all heard we should do more often, but Why? How much do we really need?
Last spring, we did an (Even More) Awesome Challenge with our members and had them drink 1/2 their bodyweight in ounces of water a day, a common recommendation you’ll hear.
What we found is that is a TON of water for most people!
We’ve since changed our recommendation.
