And there are days when the weights smash you!!
Friday was one of those days for me.
I think in any ten training sessions there are usually 2 superhero sessions, 3 solid sessions, 3 ok sessions and 2 sessions that give YOU a beatdown.
Not every training session can look like a Rocky movie training montage. But the actual difference in results might just come from the less-than-spectacular workouts – the “punch the clock” workouts.
Yesterday I was on the struggle bus for sure.
But it just means there’s a superhero session coming…”
