Moreover, we know that exercises in the gym can translate to faster run times by conditioning muscles and energy systems without the need for excessive mileage. This means greater gains on the road or trail and lower prevalence of overuse injuries.
Strength, combined with proper mobility and stability, is, undoubtedly, the “secret sauce” for looking, moving, and feeling (even more) awesome in running and everyday life.
During this 1 ½ hour clinic, we’ll show you how we screen athletes to ensure we are providing personalized recommendations for their body and goals and move you through our 3 most-common Strength, Mobility, and Stability exercises. You’ll leave empowered to incorporate what you learn into your own routine and emerge an (even more) well-rounded athlete.
