Calling all Runners!
Have you ever been curious about which strength training exercises will best translate to running? How about how to use a foam roller or other mobility tool for recovery and injury prevention?
Join us for an evening with Jessica Luepke, CSCS and owner of Valeo / Training + Meg Frens, MS, AT, ATC of AIRE, ATC, LLC where they’ll walk you through mobility and functional strengthening techniques so you can run, move, and feel better. You’ll learn:
- Valeo’s warm-up protocols (RAMP) and top 3 strength training exercises for runners.
- AIRE, ATC, LLC’s most-used mobility drills for runners, including foam rolling and self myofascial release techniques.
- Other helpful tips from our years of working with competitive and recreational athletes.
Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes and running shoes to move around in.
This event is $12 and will include prizes and general awesomeness.
This workshop is limited to the first 20 participants and is being offered with a choice of two dates: Monday, 3/19 or Tuesday, 3/20 – each at 7pm.
