Yes! Kids are welcome to hang out in the lobby or, for the littlest ones, in their stroller in the gym area so they can see mom or dad!
Yes! We have 4 personal restrooms, each with a shower and also have toiletries available, if needed.
We bill in automatic monthly installments, in arrears, on the date you signed up. This means that you pay for services after they have been completed. For example, if you signed up on August 13, your first payment would come out on September 13, next payment on October 13, etc.
We are proud to have followed the mandated orders since Day 1 and continue to monitor the latest recommendations from the CDC. We are grateful to have our members regulary comment on the cleanliness of our restrooms, gym area, and lobby!
Our gym area has huge fans and a large garage door to allow fresh air flow and space to step outside for fresh air break. We have also updated our ventilation system to ensure the best exchange of clean air in our space.
We require app-based reservations for all of our Group Classes and Custom Training appointments and will have you sign in on a clipboard when you come in for Open Gym as to have record in the case we need to contact trace.
We have hand sanitizer readily available throughout the gym and all members are asked to use it regularly and wash their hands in the restrooms before entering the gym area.
We use a hospital-grade sanitizing spray throughout the gym and every contact surface and piece of equipment is to be thoroughly cleaned after individual use.
Yes! We offer (2) 30-day Holds per 12-month agreement for a small fee. This is helpful for those who may be traveling, extremely busy or who just need to take a break! Placing your account on freeze is a simple way to maintain your dues rate, avoid any future enrollment fees and allows you to easily re-activate your account. Each Hold will bump your membership (and payments) out according to how many months you opt to Hold.
If you need to put your membership on Hold for a medical reason, you may do so with a Health Practitioner’s note. There is no charge for a medical hold.
All of our Custom Semi-Private Sessions adhere to a 12-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. At this time, there is no time limit on cancelling or rescheduling Group Class reservations.
All that to say, we created our 12 month agreement with a purpose and with the idea of longevity and results in mind. We know practice makes progress and more time allows you to safely progress toward your goals and have your new habits woven into your everyday life.
