Ahh… of course. I read this yesterday and it smacked me in the face.
If you practice skipping exercise… you’re going to get really good at it.
If you “practice” snacking mindlessly at night… guess what.
Or if you practice:
Getting distracted?
Procrastinating?
Complaining?
Or, literally ANYTHING you don’t want more of in your life?
You’re going to get really good at it.
So… be careful what you practice.
