This one is a special one, not only because Shawn is Mike’s mom (my mother-in-law), but because she recently celebrated her 60th birthday.  🎈Shawn also just completed our year-long online Valeo / Nutrition program in conjunction with the ongoing strength training routine we programmed for her.  We are so proud of her transformation, inside and out.  She’s a true testament to how mindful nutrition + strength training are, together, such powerful tools for women! We love this strong Grandma! ❤️

I have learned so much more about me as a person. I thought I was pretty savvy about nutrition, what eating healthy and being active was all about. But living healthily and intentionally goes way beyond that.  It’s a finding a balance that works best for you and running with it. It’s believing you can become the best person you were intended to be, and becoming that person.  It’s believing you are worthy of living the best life you can and enjoying each day to the fullest.
