I read a statement that really resonated with me last week:
HABITS EITHER HELP OR HINDER.
What habit have you created for yourself that you love and is serving your vision of who you want to be? What habit might be perpetuating the cycle of frustration or keeping you from taking steps toward your good health? Or the one getting in the way of seeing more results at the gym? Or the one keeping the negative record playing over and over in your head?
We call it One Simple Change. Not 10, not 20, not even 5. Just one.
What would happen if you put laser-focus on eliminating one bad habit and replacing it with one good habit? Here are some ideas (And, keep in mind it takes 21 days to make a habit!):
