Our Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) classes are our twist on cardio and include movements that benefit the heart and lungs and promote more muscular endurance. These classes are the perfect complement to our strength-focused Semi-Private sessions and are included in our Semi-Private Membership packages. We recommend our members attend 1-2 classes per week in addition to their Semi-Private session(s) to get the most out of their membership.
MetCon workouts consist of circuit-style stations using equipment such as resistance bands, medicine balls, stability balls and your own bodyweight. We design this hour-long class to put a special focus on engaging the core, activating multiple muscles at once and moving in different directions to be functional for everyday life movements…and all with some of the most fun, welcoming crew of people you’ll meet!
