Orthopedic rehabilitation and functional movement strategies to keep you physically active
We are thrilled to welcome certified athletic trainer Meg Frens, MS, AT, ATC and her business, AIRE ATC, LLC, to our gym. Meg is a familiar face to many in the collegiate setting and is continuing this work now in the clinical private genre. She provides enormous benefit to our fitness community, collaborating as-needed with Mike in his role as Program Designer to ensure our member’s specific needs are met safely.
Meg’s services include:
- Physical Assessment
- Acute/Chronic Injury Management
- Graston Technique
- Orthopedic and Sport Performance Dry Needling
- Therapeutic and supportive taping procedures
- Therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation
Meg operates her business inside Valeo – but you don’t need to be a member of the gym to see her. If you are experiencing any pain or discomfort or ‘breaks in the chain’ that are keeping you from being fully physically active, you can call her at (616) 836-5243 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to take next steps for setting up an appointment.
Potential patients, download the Physician order form to send to your MD for a referral to AIRE ATC, LLC.
Prior to meeting with Meg, I was experiencing discomfort (both from past injury and general, mild ongoing pain) that was interfering with my active lifestyle. I didn’t know where to turn for relief and knew I wanted something more intensive, targeted, and effective than previous things I’ve tried. I am so thankful to have found Meg at AIRE. Meg is seriously gifted in her ability to holistically review the entire body system and provide skilled, coordinated interventions that are incredibly effective. After each session with her, I leave feeling a sense of deep relief throughout my entire body. The absence of tension and pain after my sessions with Meg is tangible. I am able to perform better in the gym and in life because I am able to move more comfortably.” – Rachael
