I’m always on the lookout for quick protein options and came across a winner last week. These 3-ingredient “chicken nuggets” are so delicious – throw ’em on bed of spinach for lunch, or dip ’em in your favorite sauce on their own.
This recipe calls for an air fryer (we like this one) but I’m sure it would work in a regular oven, toaster oven, or pan on the stovetop, too.
While rotisserie or shredded chicken will work well in this recipe, these nuggets use canned chicken. We know canned chicken gets a bad rap, but we promise it’s such a good option when it comes to saving time, energy, and money.
